We use the services of the provider MailChimp, an offer by The Rocket Science Group, LLC having its seat in the USA, to send newsletters. In legal terms, the use of MailChimp is data processing in a third country.
We have decided to commission MailChimp because The Rocket Science Group, LLC has a valid EU-Privacy-Shield certification and thus assures to take measures and use standards which raise the level of data protection of personal data stored in the USA to a level corresponding to EU standards. We have chosen the settings which are most privacy friendly to send our newsletters via MailChimp and have concluded a processor agreement with MailChimp to ensure protection of your data.
You may at any time withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal data, the email address and first and family names, if applicable, as well as to their use for sending the newsletter. For this purpose, please send a short email to email@example.com. Moreover, each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe further information.
Protection of minors
